Pitmaster Alex Llano has one true passion, creating mouthwatering Barbecue. A proud Cuban American, his heritage has been influential in building the standards for delicious pork. He began to Barbecue with his father when he was only 8 years old and it soon became a shared and honored past time. Growing up, his father's cooking showed him how deeply inspiring preparing great food can be.
